We all talk about the soul. Much and often. We do important things and we are even capable of sacrifice for the sake of the soul -our own and that of others. The irony is that if we were asked, we could neither tell what it is, nor where it is, what it's made of or what it looks like.

In detail lies the power to unveil the intricate essence of things and in it looms the trap of triviality overshadowing the whole. It is this duality of meaning and potential that Horia Roșca is nevertheless in tune with the dilemmas of the day. 

CONNECTING WORLDS

WIN Gallery initiates series of exhibitions with “Connecting Worlds”, a tribute to the myriad of encounters between worlds and cultures.
Discovering inner and outer worlds entails an inquisitive spirit, the courage to delve into the unknown and the willingness to accept change as inevitable. To became aware of oneself and of one's surroundings, fascination and doubt must walk hand in hand, shaping the journey.

TOCADOS POR EL MAR

 „Tocados por el mar”, una nueva exposición de pintura a la qué participan conocidos artistas rumanos contemporáneos explorando las connotaciones literales y metafóricas de la relación entre el agua, la tierra y el hombre.
 La imaginación es el perpetuum mobile de la humanidad, un ejercicio constante de ver y prever. 
Como una semilla primordial de todo lo bueno y todo lo malo, florece de forma diferente según el carácter y la cultura y, destilada en el arte, modela mundos -interiores y exteriores. En WIN Gallery, somos curadores de  encuentros  entre  imaginaciones,  siempre  anhelando  un  atisbo  de  esplendor. 

FIESTA DEL MARȚIȘOR

El Consulado General de Rumania en Sevilla y WIN Gallery tienen el honor de invitarles a celebrar juntos la Fiesta del Mărțișor con un regalo floral, tal como lo han imaginado diez de los mejores artistas rumanos contemporáneos. 

Cuando el blanco empieza a tintarse de verde y el silencio invernal se convierte en canto cambia no solo una temporada sino el paisaje interior de cada uno. La primavera es un tiempo de floración - de jardines, de ideas, de estados de animo - que aun repetida al ritmo de los calendarios, no deja de encantar y de  sorprender  con  su  vitalidad  y  esplendor.

VALUES AND VIRTUES

The exhibition, curated by Marinela Mantescu-Isac, focuseson this theme concerning worth. What we consider relevant - individually and as a civilization - is mirrored in our desires and behaviors. Art plays an interesting role, for it is not only desirable and expressible in money but also an alternative to it. The need and enjoyment of art are inexhaustible and timeless, perhaps as old as the idea of human community, if we take as reference the cave drawings of Lascaux or Altamira. 

MELODY IN FALL SHADES

With this new collection of artworks, WIN Gallery reveals a medley of images and sentiments associated with fall and, in a broader sense, with cyclicity in nature. Familiar scenes with falling leaves or ripe fruit serve as emblems of tender beauty and of the inescapable order of things, of the most unsettling and the most marvelous part in the playbook of the universe: transformation.

FANTASY

“Fantasy” brings together some of the foremost exponents of Romanian contemporary art. A panoramic image is imperative in establishing context, allowing for a nuanced enjoyment and better-informed evaluation of individual works. At the same time, from the perspective of the art collector, seeing different styles and approaches in dialogue may inspire on how to expand existing collections and how to shape new ones.

SCENERY OF THE MIND

This collection celebrates two felicitous events: the vernissage of a charming exhibition titled “Scenery of the Mind” and the inauguration of WIN Gallery. Their connection extends beyond mere synchronicity in time, with the interplay between thought and expression being a cornerstone of our new platform where art, characters and ideas coalesce.
