ART FOR SALE

WIN Gallery supports education bringing forth expressions of beauty - in art, ideas, character and human relationships.

We work with contemporary artists, art lovers and collectors to increase the visibility and value of good quality works, in Romania and abroad. We organize frequent exhibitions, we collaborate with galleries in other countries and engage in multidisciplinary initiatives and events.

In parallel with the promotion and trading of contemporary works, we host exhibitions with masters of previous periods, in association with museums, cultural institutions and owners of collections outside the public circuit.

We select artworks that represent lines of dialogue in relation to the established theme, without limiting ourselves to a particular current, technique or period. An analogy would be a question with multiple answers where the choice of one does not invalidate the others but contextualizes them. Such an exercise in cultural diplomacy is particularly useful given the accelerated contact between cultures and beliefs.

Why through art? Because, unlike words, it does not require learning a code and therefore has a character of universality. Because it translates pieces of thoughts and feelings into matter, because it can analyze and rewrite conventions. Because it constantly reminds us of a fundamental human characteristic - the search for meaning. Because it substantially improves the quality of life.

Popa Mugur is an artist known for his works that combine minimalist aesthetics with the depth of symbolism. His works are often characterized by clear lines and simple forms, creating a contemplative and introspective atmosphere. Mugur explores themes related to existence, human relationships, and the human condition, managing to capture their essence through a subtle and delicate approach. The artist revives architectural and organic forms, creating works that challenge both the eye and the mind. His art reflects a constant search for balance between the simple and the complex, between the visible and the invisible.
